At Pet Art Canvas, each piece is custom-made with love, care, and artistry. Because our
products are personalized, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for reasons such as
a change of mind or an uploaded photo that does not meet our quality guidelines.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged,
defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of
delivery. Be sure to include photos of the issue, and our team will arrange a
replacement at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Since each canvas is created specifically for your pet, orders cannot be canceled once
artwork has begun. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing
your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate if work has not yet started.
Wrong or Low-Quality Photos
Don’t worry—if your photo isn’t quite perfect, we’ll let you know before we begin. We will
always do our best to upscale, sharpen, and denoise your image using professional
tools so your artwork looks its best. That said, the final result is limited by the quality of
the original photo provided. If your uploaded photo doesn’t meet these guidelines, we’ll
reach out and help you select a better one before starting your artwork.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue
promptly. Please reach out to us if you believe there is a problem with delivery.
